Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, update, and maintain accurate consumer data profiles across multiple internal systems.
- Process case maintenance transactions without errors, adhering strictly to required procedural guidelines.
- Evaluate financial and programmatic documentation to determine medical expense eligibility.
- Screen consumers by executing high-volume data entry tasks directly into the Eligibility Determination System.
- Maintain compliance with contractual timelines, quality assurance plans, and daily productivity quotas.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through formal written and verbal channels.
- Proven ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM).
- strong organizational, analysis, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated capacity to detect and correct data errors.
- High technical proficiency navigating standard computer systems and business software applications.
- Ability to work effectively under limited supervision within an extremely fast-paced production environment.
- Must clear standard onboarding screens, including a healthcare background package and drug test.
- Preferred: College degree and prior eligibility determination or transaction processing experience.
