- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Note: peak e-commerce seasons may require extended hours, including evenings or weekends)
- Experience: Extensive background in production, manufacturing, digital print, or personalisation environments.
- Leadership: Proven experience supervising small teams and leading operations in a hands-on, high-volume setting.
- Technical Savvy: firm understanding of machine-led production workflows, SOP-driven compliance, and quality management.
- Attributes: Decisive, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure during peak retail seasons.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during production shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for materials handling.
- Manual dexterity to operate production machinery and handle delicate product components.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.

Responsibilities
- Production Leadership: Own and lead day-to-day operations across engraving and print personalisation workflows, ensuring all output meets strict SLAs, brand specifications, and quality standards.
- Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate and oversee Helix and associated personalisation machinery, ensuring optimal uptime, routine maintenance, and facility readiness.
- Scheduling & Global Liaison: Plan and execute daily production schedules in close coordination with our UK-based Global Operations team, providing accurate reporting and timely escalations.
- Team Management: Direct, motivate, and supervise junior production staff on the floor—assigning tasks, tracking performance, and enforcing safety standards (PPE, SOPs).
- Inventory & Dispatch: Maintain full accountability for stock control, inventory accuracy, material traceability, and the final packing/dispatch processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify, log, and resolve production bottlenecks, driving workplace safety and process improvements.
