- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Advanced Excel Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and handling large datasets.
- Power BI Experience: Working experience with Power BI, specifically report building, basic data modeling, and dashboard updates.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on data accuracy, QA, and validation.
- Process-Driven: Proven ability to follow defined workflows and execute tasks with high consistency.
- Data Reconciliation: Comfortable working with disparate, large datasets and reconciling data across multiple sources.
- Time Management: strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deliverables on tight timelines.
- Experience working with sales data, commissions, or field performance reporting.
- Familiarity with structured data validation, auditing, or QA processes.
- Exposure to enterprise data environments and tools such as Azure or SQL (in a supporting capacity).

Responsibilities
- Dashboard & Report Maintenance: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports based on defined business requirements.
- Data Validation: Perform rigorous data validation and reconciliation across systems (Power BI, source files, internal databases) to ensure data integrity.
- Cycle Reporting: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including data pulls, formatting, and quality checks.
- Excel Management: Maintain and update robust Excel-based reporting tools featuring large datasets, advanced formulas, and data transformations.
- Leadership Support: Assist in preparing standard sales performance reports and handle ad hoc reporting requests related to salesforce, hospital, and surgeon-level data.
- Data Auditing & Governance: Execute routine audits to identify and flag discrepancies or gaps. Follow established data governance standards to ensure all outputs align with approved definitions.
- Sales Hierarchy: Track and update field sales alignment and hierarchy changes within reporting outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Ops, Analytics, and IT teams to validate data inputs/outputs and ensure cross-system alignment.
