Randstad has partnered with a global leader to find a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the backbone of their talent ecosystem. In this role, you won't be sourcing candidates; instead, you will empower recruiting leadership and frontline teams by managing capacity planning, tracking KPIs, optimizing enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and spearheading strategic TA projects. Responsibilities
- Support TA leadership with recruiter capacity planning, workload balancing, and requisition distribution. Monitor demand trends, hiring volumes, and recruiter bandwidth to optimize team performance and forecast future hiring needs. Maintain visibility into pipeline health and aging requisitions.
- Produce recurring TA metrics and reports for stakeholders. Track key recruiting KPIs, identify process improvement trends through data analysis, and support the preparation of executive presentations and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Lead or support strategic TA initiatives and cross-functional projects. Coordinate process improvements for recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and operational efficiency. Optimize TA systems (ATS) and standardize recruiting playbooks and best practices.
- Monitor team SLAs and operational performance standards. Coordinate internal TA communications, announcements, and leadership meetings. Ensure consistency in recruiting process compliance and operational execution.
- Provide operational support to the TA leadership team. Assist with scheduling reviews, maintaining resource documentation, and onboarding/offboarding team members. Support vendor coordination, invoicing, and administrative processes.
