- Provide Reliable Info: Reference provided guidelines to answer questions regarding polling locations, deadlines, and voting hours.

Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Election Inquiries: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from voters, poll workers, and the general public, providing professional and helpful assistance.
- Accurate Message Routing: Efficiently take detailed messages and route urgent election-related inquiries, complaints, or technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meticulous Data Entry & Note-Taking: Utilize great typing skills to log real-time, accurate notes of caller interactions, questions, and resolutions within the database.
- Navigate Election Software & Systems: Maintain a high level of computer savvy to quickly learn, adapt to, and operate specialized election management software and internal communication tools during the initial training period.
- Information Dissemination: Quickly reference provided guidelines and training materials to answer standard questions regarding polling locations, registration deadlines, and voting hours.
- De-escalate Sensitive Calls: Handle emotionally charged or politically sensitive inquiries with strict neutrality, patience, and a calm demeanor.
- Maintain Strict Confidentiality: Adhere to all election privacy protocols and data security guidelines when handling sensitive voter information.
