I am partnering directly with the executive finance leadership of one of Las Vegas’s most successful, fast-growing multi-entity construction organizations to identify a sharp, autonomous Senior Accountant.
If you love the art of foundational accounting, thrive with full ownership of a multi-entity ledge, and want to work with a tech-forward leadership team that despises micromanagement, this is a perfect home.
You will report directly to an incredibly focused Consolidations Controller (CPA) who values drive, accuracy, and a great sense of humor.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of direct, hands-on work experience as an accountant in either public accounting or private corporate industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related business field.
- Core Technical Skills: A flawless, instinctual understanding of the general ledger, debits, credits, and basic financial reporting.
- The "No Babysitting" Mindset: A proactive professional who takes an assignment and "carries it through" completely. Leadership does not have the interest or time to micromanage.
- Advanced Tech: Elite proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivots, XLOOKUPs/VLOOKUPs). Hands-on exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a massive competitive advantage.
- Industry Software: Direct experience with Vista Viewpoint or similar construction-specific ERP platforms (Sage, Timberline, Foundation).

- Competitive base salary ($75,000 - $95,000).
- Comprehensive healthcare (Health, Dental, Vision).
