Responsibilities
- Order Goods & Services: Process purchase orders (POs) based on requests from internal resort teams.
- Work with Vendors: Contact suppliers to check stock, track shipments, and resolve delivery or quality issues
- Contract awareness: .Read agreements, spot risky changes and negotiate commercial terms and comfortable with redlines.
- Compare Prices & Save Money: Get quotes from multiple suppliers and negotiate the best rates and terms.
- Review Invoices: Double-check vendor bills against purchase orders to make sure we were charged correctly.
- Support Team Projects: Assist with basic category research and supplier data as needed.
