As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of our brand—supporting trade partners and consumers across phone, chat, and email channels.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Be the Expert: Handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot appliance issues, and schedule service appointments.
- Drive Value: Connect genuinely with customers and confidently introduce and sell Extended Service Plans to ensure their homes stay protected.
- Own the Solution: Navigate multiple screens and systems to deliver seamless, efficient support.
- The Right Experience: 1–2 years in a call center or sales-driven environment (Entry Level).
- Tech Savvy: Ability to type 35+ WPM while chatting, and familiarity with tools like SAP-eCRM, Genesys, Aspect, Zoom, or Google Workspace.
- Communication Pros: Elite verbal and written skills, with the ability to turn a frustrated caller into a satisfied customer using top-tier soft skills.
- The Basics: High School Diploma/GED, and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) on-site. Availability needed Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Pay: Competitive starting wage of $16.50/hour.

Responsibilities
- Meet target expectations by selling and delivering on volume against described company objectives
- Promote brands and Extended Service Plans with passion and knowledge, sharing the features and benefits of protection products to help customers find the right fit
- Help consumers resolve issues by providing troubleshooting information, placing consumer-initiated orders, and scheduling service to ensure full satisfaction
- Negotiate through and diffuse escalated consumer interactions by demonstrating soft skills and taking ownership of the issue
- Manage consumer interactions while simultaneously utilizing multiple computer programs and screens, which requires computer setup comprehension
