Responsibilities
Position Summary: Interpret, abstract, and administer comprehensive commercial real estate leases and legal agreements for an enterprise healthcare network. This corporate role centers on financial data integrity, critical date tracking, complex cost audits, and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, comprehend, and abstract complex commercial real estate documents, including amendments, options, rights of first offer, and property purchase agreements.
- Coordinate the processing of monthly base rents, Triple Net (NNN) expenses, and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges.
- Conduct thorough CAM and NNN reviews and audits to accurately resolve erroneous or non-compliant landlord billings.
- Calculate and implement scheduled monetary escalations, including Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases.
- Track and monitor system-wide critical dates such as lease commencements, expirations, and renewal options.
- Manage healthcare physician lease compliance reporting (Stark compliance) and input records into CoStar and TracT Manager platforms.
- Evaluate building floor plans, stacking diagrams, and rent rolls in alignment with BOMA standards.
