Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging remote and in-person training sessions with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Design, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials, processing guides, and operational manuals.
- Partner with managers and supervisors to develop and conduct remedial and refresher training classes for staff.
- Monitor, track, and report on trainee performance, class progress, pre-/post-testing results, and specialized projects.
- Facilitate collaborative meetings with clients and business partners to identify and resolve processing barriers.
- Ensure all course content, testing metrics, and evaluation styles conform to instructional design standards.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proven experience in both remote and in-person instructional design, development, and delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct training needs analysis, training evaluations, and instructor assessments.
- Exceptional verbal and written group communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Technical proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the standard Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High flexibility and adaptability to thrive within a fast-paced, changing operational environment.
- Must clear standard onboarding, including a healthcare background package and drug screening.
- Preferred: Previous experience in the public or government sector (such as healthcare, Medicaid, or CHIP).
