We are seeking a Buyer-Planner to join our team, a position that involves production planning and purchasing responsibilities. Responsibilities

• Using MRP, maintain inventory of finished products and components by issuing work orders and purchase orders
• Ensure consistent production schedules to maintain target inventory levels
• Issue purchase orders to vendors
• Maintain close working relationships with existing vendors
• Identify and develop alternative suppliers for key items
• Conduct price and contract negotiations, maximizing purchasing flexibility and cost savings for the company
• Monitor market trends and supply chain risks, taking timely action to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Work closely with factory supervisors and production management
