Key Responsibilities
- Financial Data Management: Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to maintain complete and accurate journals, ledgers, and digital records.
- Invoicing & Billing: Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other essential financial documents in strict accordance with established company procedures.
- Account Tracking: Perform daily debit, credit, and totaling activities on computer spreadsheets, databases, and specialized accounting software.
- Compliance: Ensure all data entry and financial tracking align seamlessly with federal, state, and internal company policies and regulations.
- Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and addressing financial queries.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve numerical discrepancies.
- Autonomy & Time Management: A proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) along with a strong aptitude for learning specialized accounting software and databases.
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferred: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related financial discipline.
- Previous experience in a data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative accounting role is a major plus.

Responsibilities
- Associate's degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience with a focus on intercompany transactions.
- Understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with experience in intercompany modules preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
