Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- International Collections: Manage and resolve high-volume international accounts receivable via email, ensuring timely payments while navigating global business etiquette.
- Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive credit risk assessments and financial statement analysis to determine creditworthiness for new and existing accounts.
- Data Management: Utilize SAP to record collection activities, update account statuses, and maintain accurate customer master data.
- Reporting: Leverage Excel to create aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and reconciliation statements for leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Credit & Collections to implement strategies that reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and mitigate bad debt.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in credit and collections, with a mandatory background in international collections.
- Software Proficiency: Proven experience working within SAP is required.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to remain professional and effective over email with international stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: strong ability to interpret financial data and make sound credit decisions.
