Our customer, a leader in the Semiconductor industry, is looking for a Technical Training Administrative Associate to join our team in Austin, TX.
In this important role, you’ll help ensure our manufacturing workforce is properly trained and certified by processing training requests, managing access credentials, and supporting the smooth operation of technical training programs.
What We’re Looking For Training Administrator: You have strong experience managing administrative processes, documentation, and workflows in a learning or operations environment.
Detail-Oriented Professional: You’re highly accurate with data entry, record-keeping, and verifying training completions in learning management systems.
strong Collaborator: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working cross-functionally with various departments to resolve issues and support team goals.
Organized Multi-Tasker: You’re proficient with Microsoft Office tools and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
- Verify training completion in the learning management system and process fab access requests accordingly.
- Process training resource requests to publish checklists and exams associated with task-oriented certifications, while communicating any deficiencies or deviations from specified document criteria to requesters.
- Upload training artifacts and associated properties into automated systems.
- Monitor technical training indices and generate accurate reports as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement of departmental workflows.
- Relay issues relating to departmental processes, procedures, or policies to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members on task division and shared objectives to ensure efficient operations.
