- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Good physical stamina and conditioning, and the ability to learn to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
salary: $16.9 - $17.9 per hour

Responsibilities
- Organize the customers’ orders
- Greet the customers and verify ID
- Provide the cases, scanning each case provided
- Ensure proper signatures on paperwork or handheld
- Return process code in the handheld any orders not picked up at end of day
- Stage for returns shuttle
- Communicate to KC DCI any orders not picked up
- All other clerical duties within the Transportation department
- Gather, organize and process driver daily paperwork, logs, manifest, vehicle inspection, etc
- Answer phones, route calls and take messages; Research short on truck that drivers call in
- Respond to delivery associate issue and provide support for resolution
