Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Month-End Closing Leadership: Drive the end-to-end monthly financial close for our production facilities, guaranteeing precise and punctual reporting.
- Cost Structure & Variance Management: Establish and update standard costing models for material, labor, and overhead inputs. Investigate and report on production variances, including purchase price deviations, operational waste, and labor efficiency.
- Inventory Valuation & Reconciliation: Monitor and audit total inventory value, align sub-ledger records with the general ledger, and spearhead routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Professional Background: 3 to 5+ years of corporate accounting experience, with a dedicated track record in plant-level cost accounting.
- Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant business discipline.
