Responsibilities
Operational Support: Support daily administrative operations across three distinct clinic locations, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule Management: Coordinate complex daily and monthly schedules for managers, departmental staff, and physicians. Manage attendance logs and track staffing schedules to support operational needs.
Communication: Handle high-volume email and phone communications, ensuring timely follow-up, professional support, and excellent customer service. Compose professional letters and correspondence as needed.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, and assist with organizing team events (e.g., staff meetings, working lunch meetings).
Facility & Supply Management: Order and meticulously maintain office and clinical supplies. Open, log, and track maintenance and work service tickets to resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with leadership, staff, and external partners, acting as a reliable liaison and independent problem-solver.
Project Assistance: Perform a range of administrative activities, including managing small operational projects and maintaining accurate document management systems
