Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a primary voice of our brand by managing a dynamic influx of inbound customer phone calls and emails, delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate guidance.
- Meticulously track and document all customer interactions, detailed case notes, and specific resolutions directly within our CRM system to ensure seamless continuity.
- Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional internal teams—including sales, operations, and billing—to streamline cross-departmental issue resolution.
- Identify and flag recurring customer feedback trends, system bottlenecks, or technical issues.
- A minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in the solar energy sector.
- Experience managing escalated customer encounters with an innate ability to maintain composure, de-escalate tension, and establish mutual trust.
- Highly disciplined and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Mastery of active listening, authentic empathy, clear and concise communication.
- Hourly wage ranging from $32.00 to $35.00/hr.
- Jump straight into action with an immediate start date, secure full-time hours (40+ hours per week), Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
