This is a critical leadership role for a technical expert ready to move beyond "hands-on" repair into strategic management, team development, and regional P&L oversight.
We are looking for a "player-coach" who can mentor a remote team of Field Service Engineers and ensure "white-glove" service for a sophisticated Western US customer base.

Strategic Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of remote Field Service Engineers across the Western US.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the senior point of escalation for regional clients, resolving high-pressure technical issues and maintaining executive-level relationships.
Operational Excellence: Optimize dispatching, scheduling, and team utilization to maximize efficiency and regional revenue.
Financial Management: Oversee the regional service budget, driving growth through service contracts and aftermarket support.
