Responsibilities
Integration Project Management
- Support execution of the Forge third-party integration program across concurrent workstreams, coordinating Vendor Management, TPRM, Legal, Procurement, InfoSec, and Finance.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk/issue logs aligned with the overall roadmap and executive direction.
- Track workstream interdependencies and proactively escalate risks and critical decisions.
- Coordinate risk and process-based gap analysis between current practices and enterprise requirements, documenting interim processes to mitigate risks prior to full integration.
- Analyze the third-party portfolio to identify duplicate suppliers, align risk tiering, and uncover consolidation or rationalization opportunities.
- Maintain tracking artifacts for supplier overlaps, cost efficiencies, and risk reduction against leadership targets, focusing on analysis and enablement.
- Prepare senior management-ready reporting, status updates, and materials for integration governance forums and leadership reviews.
- Facilitate working sessions and integration checkpoints to maintain cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate vendor and risk data integration, including inventory alignment and Ariba readiness, while maintaining structured documentation in PM tools, Excel, and OneNote.
