Responsibilities

• Quote, route, track, and trace high-velocity air and ground domestic freight shipments daily.
  
  
• Proactively communicating shipment updates, resolving problems before they become issues, and managing vendor/carrier compliance.
  
  
• Handle high-consequence, date-and-time-specific shipments (including Next Flight Out (NFO) and high-value cargo) with absolute accuracy.
  
  
• Keep operational metrics sharp by compiling weekly and monthly KPI reports, managing defect codes, and verifying carrier weights.
  
  
• Assist local sales teams and domestic offices to smooth out any freight hiccups, ensuring flawless cross-department billing by month-end.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of freight fowarding experience
• TSA and IATA regulations knowledge
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)
• Prior experience with AS400 or SAP
• CargoWise experience is a plus
