- Hands-on Assembly: Build and assemble structural components and products using basic hand tools, power drills, and pneumatic equipment following simple work instructions.
- Shipping & Receiving: Help unload incoming material deliveries, check shipments for accuracy, and unpack inventory into its proper place.
- Order Prepping & Kitting: Gather the exact parts, hardware, and materials needed to set up production runs or to package up final customer orders.
- Packing & Palletizing: Safely wrap, box, secure, and palletize finished products so they arrive to our clients in perfect condition.
- Keep the Shop Sharp: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (sweeping, organizing tools, breaking down boxes) so the whole team can work efficiently.

Responsibilities
As a general warehouse worker, you will be responsible for various tasks, such as: receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock.
- Receiving & Unloading: Assist in unloading incoming freight trucks, verifying physical inventory counts against packing slips, and sorting items by department.
- Order Picking & Kitting: Accurately pick raw materials or finished products from warehouse shelving using pick lists, and assemble "kits" of hardware for the assembly line.
- Inventory Tracking: Utilize handheld RF scanners or computerized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to log material movements and maintain real-time stock accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping Prep: Securely pack finished goods using protective wrapping, banding, and shrink-wrap; safely palletize heavy items to prepare them for outbound shipping.
- Mechanical Assembly: Assemble products, sub-assemblies, and structural components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic equipment
