responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, test, and repair complex electro-mechanical systems and metrology equipment hardware with minimal supervision.
- Execute advanced technical functions including the design, fabrication, modification, and assembly of prototype models and specialized test fixtures.
- Act as a leading technical resource and potential Quality Lead, interfacing across engineering departments and mentoring junior technicians.
- Compile detailed logbooks, write complex technical reports, and assist in developing documentation for New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Strictly adhere to all safety and cleanroom standards, actively promoting a secure, healthy, and hazard-free R&D work environment.
