This role operates on a hybrid schedule (Tuesdays and Wednesdays on-site in D.C.) and provides critical administrative and operational support to a Programmatic Director and a small, dynamic team of 3–4 professionals.

- Experience: 5+ years of relevant executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders (a Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience).
- Systems Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Expense Tech: Direct, recent experience using Ramp for expense reporting and reimbursements is highly preferred.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive organizational changes and confidential information with absolute tact and diplomacy.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment with regularly shifting priorities.

Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain complex calendars for the Director and team members to optimize time, manage deadlines, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, lodging, visa/safety requirements, and ground transportation.
- Expense Management: Promptly manage, code, and submit expense reports utilizing Ramp.
- Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing agendas, gathering background materials, and managing logistics for internal and high-profile external meetings.
- General Administrative Support: Draft and edit correspondence, manage internal communications, and lend general clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
