Position Details
- Job Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension)
- Pay Rate: $26.00 – $28.70 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Location: Marinette, WI 54143 (Hybrid)
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience working within a project-based environment.
- Education: Associate degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or a High School Diploma/GED with equivalent professional experience).
- Industry Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Location: Ability to work a hybrid schedule out of the Marinette, WI office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (e.g., CAPM or PMP).
- Familiarity with SAP Project Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with lean methodologies or process improvement frameworks.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills with a knack for client-facing collaboration.

- Deliverable & Status Tracking: Submit project deliverables on time and prepare clear, accurate status reports for key stakeholders.
- Facilitate Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication plans to keep both internal and external teams aligned.
- Assess Risk & Solve Problems: Gather information, evaluate potential project risks, and make sound decisions to keep projects moving forward.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the project management lifecycle and implement lean solutions to prevent future challenges.
