While prior compliance experience is not required, this position demands advanced critical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and data management capabilities. We will provide complete training on our internal systems, property processes, and compliance frameworks. This is a multi-faceted, analytical, engaging role! The contract currently is going through the end of the year, though has a high probability of extending for the chosen candidate who exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities
Data Management & Technical Tracking
- Maintain and update operational trackers, dashboards, and checklists for building safety compliance.
- Monitor work orders, track aging reports, and review, validate, and route invoices for processing.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams to manage high-volume administrative workflows.
- Monitor and route dedicated inboxes supporting permits, violations, false alarms, and inspections.
- Coordinate follow-up actions and routine tasks with internal partners, external vendors, and offshore support teams.
- Review technical inspection reports and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to system routing.
- Manage physical document logistics on-site, including sorting, scanning, and tracking permits, applications, and violation notices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex or time-sensitive compliance issues to the Director of Properties and Senior Director of Property Management.
