Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Salesforce donor database, ensuring top-tier data governance, accuracy, and quality assurance for all donor records, gifts, and campaigns
- Create the reports, dashboards, and revenue forecasts that empower leadership, frontline fundraisers, and finance teams to make strategic decisions
- Manage donor acknowledgments, pledge reminders, receipts, and recognition tracking. You will also coordinate multi-departmental donor stewardship reports to ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with the Chief Development Officer to monitor pipeline activity, track fundraising projections, and refine solicitation strategies
- Streamline gift processing, pledge tracking, reconciliation, and revenue reporting alongside the finance team
- Continually improve fundraising operations by streamlining workflows, writing clear procedural documentation, and serving as the go-to Salesforce expert for the team
