Responsibilities
Position Summary: Accelerate your career as a Lockbox Machine Processor/Operator! In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payment transactions, carefully aligning with strict client business rules while operating extraction, scanning, and mail sorting equipment [cite: 407]. Your precise handling of incoming mail ensures maximum accuracy and compliance for our client base [cite: 407].
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payment transactions based on a specific set of client business rules [cite: 407].
- Operate and maintain specialized mail sort, extraction, and scanning equipment (e.g., OPEX Falcon, MPS 40) [cite: 407].
- Receive, sort, and prepare exceptionally high volumes of incoming mail for production workflows [cite: 407].
- Perform diligent quality checks to verify the absolute accuracy and compliance of all payment data [cite: 407].
- Monitor machine performance, identify jams or errors, and escalate complex equipment issues [cite: 407].
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics for productivity and quality data entry [cite: 407].
- Ensure total alignment with all operational procedures, audit requirements, and compliance corrective action plans [cite: 407].
- Support general mailroom functions, including the ability to lift and carry mail trays weighing 10-15 lbs [cite: 407].
