Position Overview: We are actively seeking experienced Medical Office Coordinators and Practice Administrators to lead front-office operations, optimize patient workflows, and support clinical teams for our healthcare clients in the greater Boca Raton area.
In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of the practice, balancing exceptional patient care with efficient, compliant administrative leadership.
salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Front Office: Oversee daily workflows including check-in/out, copay collection, and medical records.
- Scheduling: Coordinate complex provider calendars and resolve appointment conflicts to optimize patient flow.
- EHR/EMR Systems: Utilize platforms (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks) to input patient data and process referrals.
- Insurance & Billing: Handle insurance verifications, secure prior authorizations, and act as a billing liaison.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare privacy regulations.
- Staff Coordination: Supervise, train, and support front-desk teams to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of administrative or supervisory experience in a medical office or outpatient clinic.
- Software: Hands-on experience with major EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Athena, ModMed) preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: strong grasp of medical terminology, PPO/HMO/Medicare insurance, and billing workflows.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, sharp conflict-resolution, and a polished professional demeanor.
