medicare customer service representative.

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Medicare Concierge for a contract assigment. In this role, you will act as a dedicated point of contact for Medicare members, guiding them through their plan options, addressing benefit inquiries, and delivering white-glove service with every interaction. Hours:

Willing to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday-Sunday

Pay:

$20.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary resource for Medicare beneficiaries by answering questions related to plans, benefits, claims, eligibility, and coverage.
• Educate members on how to use their Medicare plans effectively and navigate the healthcare system.
• Provide high-touch, personalized support in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Assist members with resolving issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all member interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support and member satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years call center experience required
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable and able to adhere to schedule.
• Effective problem solving skills.
• Effective listening skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Attention to details.
