Responsibilities
- Slot Revenue Reconciliation: Verify daily slot machine win/loss data by reconciling the casino's central system metrics against physical soft count room vouchers, ticket-in/ticket-out (TITO) data, and cashbox drops.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Audit the "Note acceptor" data and physical cashbox reports to identify any variances greater than the established variance thresholds. Track down missing vouchers, manual jackpots, or errors in machine meters.
- Jackpot & Payout Verification: Audit and verify all manual slot jackpot forms, tax documents (W-2G), and hand-payout receipts against machine event logs to prevent internal or external fraud.
- Regulatory Compliance Support: Ensure strict adherence to Title 31 (Anti-Money Laundering Regulations) and state gaming commission laws by auditing customer tracking logs and suspicious activity documentation.
