Responsibilities
In this position, you won't just type data—you will act as an operational investigator. You will work closely with their ERP system by reviewing, validating, and closing out a backlog of job tickets.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Data Integrity: Accurately entering and updating essential operational data, including materials, labor, and Work-in-Progress (WIP).
- Problem-Solving: Spotting anomalies, identifying data gaps, and investigating the root causes of discrepancies that prevent jobs from being closed.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partnering directly with plant teams to track down missing information and resolve open tickets efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Embracing change and bringing a proactive mindset to help streamline our high-volume tracking workflows.
