The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all customer accounts, sales growth, service delivery, and route operations. This role will lead the company's efforts to retain and grow its F&B and hotel client base while managing the performance and development of drivers, Route Service Representatives (RSRs), team leads, and the sales team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong customer service acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to align frontline teams with strategic business goals. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales and/or service leadership role, preferably in a route-based, B2B service industry (linen, uniform rental, logistics, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team while managing customer relationships and field service teams
- strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Deep understanding of F&B and hospitality customer expectations
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in CRM, routing, or ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for site visits and team management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the F&B and hospitality sectors
- Lead the sales team in developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase revenue, grow market share, and achieve company sales goals
- Coach, mentor, and hold the sales team accountable for meeting performance expectations and sales targets
- Manage key customer relationships and oversee service quality for top accounts
- Lead, train, and motivate drivers, RSRs, and route leads to ensure exceptional service and efficient operations
- Oversee route scheduling, customer delivery performance, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure service commitments are met
- Analyze sales and service metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and growth opportunities
- Establish and enforce service standards, customer care protocols, and safety compliance across the service team
- Conduct regular ride-alongs, customer visits, and field audits to maintain service quality
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for all direct reports
- Develop and manage department budgets and contribute to overall business planning
