Responsibilities

The position is a back-office operations role focused on cash and position reconciliation for advisory accounts. Key role requirements, performance expectations, and logistics were clarified; the requisition had not yet been published to Beeline at time of call.

Role & Team Overview

• Team of ~15 in the Operations Division, reconciling advisory accounts using third-party managers and trading systems (e.g., InvestCloud APL) 
• 4 team members currently cover the roles being filled; they coordinate, pass off work, and cover for each other 
• Sister team in India is an equal partner in daily operations 
• Critical deadlines: accounts ready for market open at 8:30–8:35 AM Central; secondary deadline at 2:30 PM (TIME MANAGEMENT IS VITAL IN THIS ROLE)

Must-Have Skills

• Excel proficiency: sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs, comparing sheets — candidates who cannot sort will not be considered 
• Analytical, logical thinking: understanding price vs. proceeds, share amounts, basic stock/bond mechanics 
• Attention to detail: incorrect reconciliation creates direct monetary risk
• Production speed: qualified candidates must be able to work quickly and efficiently due to strict deadlines
• Experience preferred over new graduates; must be able to onboard on a ~4-week training plan
