Are you a strategic Senior FP&A Consultant who excels at translating complex financial datasets into actionable business insights? We are partnering with a premier, industry-leading healthcare services organization headquartered in Eden Prairie, MN to secure a Senior FP&A Consultant. In this highly visible role, you will help direct core financial planning activities, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecast cycles, and executive management reporting. Partnering directly with senior executive leadership—including C-suite exposure—you will evaluate growth opportunities, deliver ad hoc financial modeling, and drive strategic decision-making that directly impacts operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Forecasting: Support long-range planning (LRP), annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting cycles across multi-faceted business lines.
  
  
• Executive Reporting: Build, maintain, and deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting packages and financial presentations for senior leadership.
  
  
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate directly with operational leaders to analyze financial performance, evaluate strategic growth investments, and assess risk.
  
  
• Advanced Financial Modeling: Build complex Excel models to deliver ad hoc scenario planning, ROI assessments, and variance analyses.
  
  
• Process Optimization: Drive efficiency across forecasting workflows and leverage enterprise financial software (such as Essbase) to improve reporting speed and accuracy.
