Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Payments: Review, code, and route vendor invoices; gather required backup documentation; and assist with check runs and ACH payment processing.
- Accounts Receivable & Cash Management: Post incoming receivables, track daily cash activity, update internal cash schedules, and maintain lease/delinquency tracking for month-end reconciliation.
- Property Reporting: Maintain accurate property-level documentation, including tenant rent rolls and operational schedules used across accounting and asset management teams.
- Month-End Close Support: Complete assigned financial close tasks accurately and on schedule to ensure seamless monthly reporting.
- Vendor & Team Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for property managers, vendors, and internal colleagues to resolve billing, lease, and payment inquiries.
- Process Oversight: Proactively investigate financial discrepancies, spot exceptions, and escalate complex issues to senior accounting leadership.
