We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our day-to-day property accounting operations. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, you will play an integral role in transaction processing, tenant billing, cash management, and monthly financial closes. This position offers high visibility and direct daily interaction with our executive leadership team (CEO, COO, and VP of Asset Management), making it an excellent growth opportunity for a motivated professional looking to sharpen their skills in real estate accounting. Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Payments: Review, code, and route vendor invoices; gather required backup documentation; and assist with check runs and ACH payment processing.
  
  
• Accounts Receivable & Cash Management: Post incoming receivables, track daily cash activity, update internal cash schedules, and maintain lease/delinquency tracking for month-end reconciliation.
  
  
• Property Reporting: Maintain accurate property-level documentation, including tenant rent rolls and operational schedules used across accounting and asset management teams.
  
  
• Month-End Close Support: Complete assigned financial close tasks accurately and on schedule to ensure seamless monthly reporting.
  
  
• Vendor & Team Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for property managers, vendors, and internal colleagues to resolve billing, lease, and payment inquiries.
  
  
• Process Oversight: Proactively investigate financial discrepancies, spot exceptions, and escalate complex issues to senior accounting leadership.
