Responsibilities
- Optimize ADP Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment using the ADP Recruiting module, managing job board feeds across LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter, refining sourcing strategies, and reducing Time-to-Fill.
- Partner with Leadership: Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers, draft clear role descriptions, set market compensation benchmarks, and refine interview workflows.
- Own Multi-Module ADP Workflows: Serve as our internal subject matter expert across ADP Workforce Now—from Recruiting and Onboarding to Core HR Data, Performance Management, and Payroll integration.
- Lead Employee Relations & Compliance: Conduct workplace investigations, coach managers through progressive discipline and PIPs, update handbooks/SOPs, and ensure multi-state labor law compliance.
- Drive Performance & Culture: Manage the annual performance review process in ADP, assist leaders with talent calibration, and evaluate workforce trends to boost employee retention.
