Your Impact You will drive continuous improvement in our daily logistics workflows by spearheading these core initiatives:
- Optimize Operations: Streamline vital administrative functions, including payroll processing, billing, and fuel reconciliation, to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct meticulous audits of driver logs, trip reports, and DOT requirements, upholding the highest regulatory and safety standards.
- Empower Our Drivers: Serve as the primary point of contact for our driving team, proactively coordinating route books, resolving equipment requests, and managing freight coverage.
- Manage Critical Data: Maintain accurate databases and daily pallet tracking systems to empower data-driven decision-making across the facility.
- Bi-lingual Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential to effectively support our diverse team.
- Industry Experience: 2+ years of proven administrative support or operations experience, ideally within the logistics or transportation sector.
- Meticulous Precision: High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex data points for financial tracking and DOT reporting.
- Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to partner effectively with drivers and cross-functional teams.
