- Innovate sourcing strategies using market intelligence and competitive insights to secure niche technical talent.
- Empower hiring leaders with expert coaching on talent strategy, labor markets, and interview best practices.
- Cultivate equitable and inclusive hiring practices that build diverse pipelines and align with our company values.
- Optimize the candidate journey, ensuring a best-in-class experience from first contact through offer.
- Streamline hiring workflows utilizing the Workday ATS to manage requisitions and generate actionable reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 3+ years specifically targeting IT or technical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to assess technical talent and influence hiring decisions at all levels.
- Proven success in building trusted, consultative partnerships with senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise utilizing Workday Recruiting (ATS).
- Demonstrated background in championing diversity recruiting and inclusive hiring practices.
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks, IT functions, and engineering organizational structures.
