How You Will Drive Success:
- Optimize Contract Management: Streamline the contract lifecycle by managing metadata in SAP Ariba, supporting audits, and ensuring data integrity.
- Champion Innovation: Spearhead AI-related legal operations by executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting results, and developing comprehensive training materials.
- Enhance Systems: Modernize processes across ServiceNow and SharePoint, troubleshoot user issues with DocuSign, and replace outdated policies.
- Collaborate and Support: Coordinate cross-functional projects, track milestones, and provide vital administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- 2+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related administrative field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with DocuSign, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Asana, or SAP Ariba is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and efficiently handle large volumes with accuracy.
- A resourceful, intellectually curious mindset with a collaborative spirit and a great attitude.
