Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, you will be a key player in balancing and executing inbound and outbound warehouse processes through our Warehouse Management System (EWM/SAP). Responsibilities
- Workload Management: Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to distribute floor workloads evenly and manage EWM/SAP operations efficiently.
- Resource Optimization: Monitor forecasted inbound and outbound workloads in EWM/SAP to optimize facility and transportation resource utilization.
- Issue Resolution: Partner with the inventory team and on-site staff to quickly troubleshoot and resolve daily order discrepancies.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate order updates, changes, and operational status directly with the customer.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain key Excel spreadsheets and reports to support operational tracking.
- KPI Support: Help drive facility-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
- Operational Assistance: Provide ongoing support to supervisors, warehouse associates, and cross-functional teams to complete daily goals.
