The Contact Center Team Administrator plays a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations by assisting contact center representatives, maintaining accurate customer records, and delivering exceptional service across multiple client programs.

Responsibilities
- Process lead submissions accurately while adhering to established program guidelines.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, text, and chat as needed.
- Monitor and manage shared program email inboxes, responding promptly and professionally.
- Research customer and broker information and complete broker close-out activities.
- Conduct follow-up outreach with customers and brokers as part of ongoing customer engagement efforts.
- Create, update, and maintain customer records within CRM systems.
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy while meeting established productivity and quality metrics.
- Navigate multiple software applications and internal systems to support daily operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless customer service.
- 2–3 years of professional business experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail, financial services, contact center, or similar environment is highly preferred.
- Computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
