Drive Impactful Financial Operations You will take ownership of mid-level to complex accounting functions, directly influencing our strategic trajectory. Key contributions include:
- Analyze and Report: Drive business insights by analyzing variances, identifying key trends, and generating comprehensive financial performance narratives.
- Ensure Compliance: Process transactions and maintain financial records in strict accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and statutory requirements.
- Optimize Processes: Spearhead initiatives to streamline operations; proactively research alternatives and propose effective recommendations to management.
- Collaborate and Execute: Participate actively in month-end and year-end close processes, collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Support Audits: Assist with critical internal and external audit requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting alongside 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally with a background in leading projects and collaborating across multiple departments, as you work toward a Senior Accountant level.
- Solid working knowledge of GAAP and current statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Oracle Financial or similar ERP software.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and the ability to articulate complex financial data clearly across all organizational levels.
