In this essential position, you will serve as the primary accounting liason for the company's venues, driving the full accounts payable lifecycle, weekly payroll execution, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will work closely with restaurant Operations and Regional Managers to ensure vendor records, recurring expenses, and payroll systems run smoothly every single week. This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity offering a base salary + benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Accounts Payable: Review, code, and process high-volume invoices; manage vendor payment terms, new vendor setups across venues, and maintain up-to-date W-9 files.
- Vendor & Third-Party Reconciliation: Work with distributors, third-party partners, and venues to reconcile food vendor statements, track down missing invoices, and resolve price or delivery discrepancies.
- Weekly Payroll Processing: Manage weekly payroll ensuring absolute accuracy across payroll accounting entries, operational wages, and complex restaurant tip policies.
- Credit Card & Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform regular credit card reconciliations, balance sheet roll-forwards, and assist with full month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Aging & Communication: Monitor weekly aging reports, manage venue accounting mailboxes, and maintain professional vendor relations.
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Core Experience: 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong focus on Accounts Payable and payroll processing.
- Industry Background: 2+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurants, hospitality, or the food and beverage industry.
- Software Mastery: Hands-on experience with restaurant ERP systems (Restaurant365 / R365) and POS platforms (Toast / Toast Payroll) is highly preferred.
