- Manage and meet vendor SLAs and escalations, orchestrating your workflow to hit crucial deadlines.
- Prioritize the seamless execution of item set-up, maintenance, and systematic ordering.
- Make educated, data-driven decisions on product attributes and classification, optimizing speed and quality.
- Apply retail math principles to product setup and Purchase Order (PO) management.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams and vendors, providing expert guidance on item data and setup.
- Identify and communicate process efficiencies, driving continuous improvement across the team.
- 2+ years of Administrative or Sales Suport with the demonstrated ability to balance productivity with meticulous accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Advanced time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a knack for building productive partnerships.
- Experience analyzing data to identify root causes and craft compelling narratives.
- A proactive approach, taking deep ownership of your work, supported by clear goals.
