Your Impact & Opportunities Operate with autonomy as you manage multiple dynamic programs:
- Execute Dynamic Programs: Drive the full lifecycle of learning classes, managing scheduling, enrollments, logistics, and post-session follow-up.
- Optimize Financial Operations: Own invoice processing, track budgets, and route vendor agreements in partnership with OD leadership.
- Administer Learning Systems: Leverage our LMS and registration platforms to streamline class setup, rosters, and evaluation reporting.
- Ensure Seamless Delivery: Coordinate logistics, materials, and food for in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in program coordination, HR operations, or learning operations.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Preferred: Experience utilizing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Forms).
