Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Forecasting: Track total financial health of assigned projects. Lead project forecast reviews, analyze productivity trends, build cash flow projections, and monitor Work-In-Progress (WIP) positions.
- Billing & Revenue Operations: Manage monthly owner billing processes (e.g., AIA G702/G703, Lump Sum, Cost-Plus/GMP). Review and execute subcontractor pay applications, tracking retainage and billing status against cash curves.
- Job Costing & Change Management: Complete ERP job setups, establish cost codes and billing rates, enforce standard Chart of Accounts compliance, and manage budget transfers/change order executions.
- Labor Compliance & Audit Support: Monitor certified payroll, LCPtracker/prevailing wage requirements, and subcontractor lien waivers/insurance. Assist with internal and external annual audits.
- Month-End Close: Execute month-end close workflows including journal entries, cost allocations, expenditure transfers, and general ledger reconciliations.
