Responsibilities
- Territory & Account Management: Service, reactivate, and grow established and lapsed partnerships across commercial and residential sectors—zero cold calling.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with architects, engineers, general contractors, developers, facility managers, and distributors who are already familiar with our line of products.
- Pipeline & Relationship Development: Leverage existing brand recognition and active sales pipelines to capitalize on regional construction, repair, and renovation projects.
- Product Presentations & Consultations: Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations for plumbing supplies, accessories, and Division 10 products.
- Full Sales Cycle Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to manage bids, proposals, project specs, and technical support from design through post-installation.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track sales performance in CRM, forecast revenue, monitor market trends, and participate in regional industry events and site visits.
