What You’ll Do
- Precision Assembly: Measure, cut, and assemble high-pressure hydraulic hoses and fittings to exact work specifications.
- Master the Blueprint: Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and hydraulic schematics to construct flawless builds.
- Quality & Testing: Safely operate hose crimpers, power tools, and pressure-testing equipment to ensure every component meets safety standards.
- Problem Solve: Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot hydraulic assemblies with a sharp, detail-oriented eye.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven hands-on experience with hydraulic hose assembly, fitting installation, and crimping equipment.
- Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to accurately read blueprints and schematics.
- High precision using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers) and a total commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and components according to specifications and work instructions.
- Measure and cut hydraulic hoses to the required lengths using a tape measure and other measuring tools.
- Install hydraulic fittings and perform pressure testing as required.
- Inspect hydraulic components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Read and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, and hydraulic schematics.
- Troubleshoot and identify issues with hydraulic hoses and related components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, crimping machines, and other equipment used in hydraulic hose assembly.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of hydraulic components as needed.
- Work collaboratively with production, service, and quality teams to meet customer and production requirements.
