In this role, you won't just be pulling wires—you’ll be the brain behind the build. You'll install main wire harnesses, wire complex electrical sub-assemblies, and use multimeters to run diagnostic checks on heavy-duty units before they hit the road. What You’ll Do
- Harness & Hardware Installation: Route and install main electrical harnesses into unit frames and integrate key components.
- Precision Assembly: Assemble, wire, and connect 12–24V DC electrical systems, panels, and controls.
- System Testing & Diagnostics: Perform operational checkouts on all electrical components using multimeters and testing equipment to ensure 100% functionality and safety.
- Blueprint Precision: Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and work orders to complete flawless installations.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- strong, practical knowledge of 12–24V DC electrical systems.
- Proven skill in reading schematics and using testing tools like multimeters.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive electrical, or industrial wiring environments.
- Ability to work comfortably in an active, industrial shop environment (including heat and height requirements) and operate standard power tools safely.
salary: $21 - $22 per hour
